Neil L. Pruitt, Jr.,
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Neil Pruitt, Jr. currently serves as Chairman & Chief
Executive Officer of UHS-Pruitt Corporation where he is responsible for the overall operational and financial
functions of the organization.
Mr. Pruitt joined UHS-Pruitt Corporation in September of 1997
as Project Manager where he oversaw the grant writing for Title III programs and other grants offered by the
State of Georgia.
He has held the position as Assistant Administrator in a UHS-Pruitt Corporation affiliated metro-Atlanta skilled
nursing facility. After earning his Administrator’s license, he assumed the position of Executive Director
for UniHealthSM Solutions, Inc. Under his direction, UniHealthSM
Solutions was reengineered from a case management company for commercial patients into an entry point for
patients into the continuum of services offered by the UHS-Pruitt Corporation family of providers.
Neil Pruitt, Jr.’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics
from the University of the South and a Masters in Business Administration as well as a Masters of Health
Administration from Georgia State University. His academic achievements include the Max G. Holland Memorial
Scholarship for “outstanding achievement” and membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, a National Scholastic
Honor Society for Masters of Business Administration.
Mr. Pruitt has served as a Board Member, Vice Chairman,
Budget and Finance Committee Member, Owner Operator Committee Member, Reimbursement Committee Member, Public
Affairs Committee Member of the Georgia Nursing Home Association. He currently serves on the Regional
Multi-facility Committee as well as the Medicaid and Medicare Subcommittees for the American Health Care
Association.
Chris R. Bryson, R.Ph., CGP, FASCP, Senior Vice President of Health Services
Chris Bryson joined United Pharmacy Services in
1996, where he worked as a consultant pharmacist for several years. In 1998, Mr. Bryson accepted the position
as Director of Pharmacy for the Toccoa location of United Pharmacy Services. In October of 1999, Mr. Bryson
accepted the position of Director of Clinical Services. In 2002, Chris accepted the position of Vice President
of Pharmacy. Most recently, Chris has assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Health Services, a new
division consisting of UHS-Pruitt affiliated ancillary services.
Mr. Bryson has achieved Fellowship status with the American
Society of Consultant Pharmacists and in May 2000, he became a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist. Mr. Bryson
is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the Georgia Pharmacy Association. He is
active in civic organizations and involved with the University of Georgia as an active alumnus.
Amy E. Hauser, RN, MBA,
Executive Director
Amy Hauser joined UniHealthSM in
November of 2001 as Director of Operations for UniHealth. Ms. Hauser attended the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing. Amy completed MBA and MHA degrees
from Georgia State University in 2000. Most recently, Ms. Hauser was promoted to the position of Executive
Director.
