Athens, GA. – UHS-Pruitt Corporation recently announced that St.
Mary’s Hospital LTCF, a 120 bed skilled nursing facility has recently joined their family of providers. St.
Mary’s Hospital LTCF, will be renamed Athens Health and Rehab, is located at 139 Alps Road, Athens. The acquisition
was effective November 1, 2004.
UHS-Pruitt Corporation affiliates have over 80 service locations in Georgia, North Carolina and
South Carolina. The company has provided a continuum of high quality health care services throughout the Southeast since
1969.
