Columbia, S.C. – UHS-Pruitt Corporation recently announced that
Central Carolina Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 257 bed skilled nursing facility has recently joined their family of
providers. Central Carolina Health and Rehabilitation Center, will be renamed Carolina Health and Rehab is located at 2451
Forest Drive, Columbia. The acquisition was effective December 1, 2004.
UHS-Pruitt Corporation affiliates have over 80 service locations in Georgia, North Carolina and
South Carolina. The company has provided a continuum of high quality health care services throughout the Southeast since
1969.
